My name is Nell Johnson. I'm an artist living in London with my husband and daughter. I've been painting and drawing for as long as I can remember.
It really feels like second nature. I hope that means you like the results.

After having my daughter my world focus changed. Everything suddenly became about children and the wonderful world of childhood. I did a painting of my Goddaughter's little pig. One that never ever left her side and was literally falling apart. I painted the pig on a little velvet cushion and plonked a crown on its head. I painted it with oils on canvas.

Since then I've done it for more and more parents and children. I love it, because each toy has its own character and its own story. And all my subjects are very very loved...
